List your property for sale and divide it into shares — from 1 to 1,000,000. Buyers fund the shares; once fully funded, the home lists for sale. When it sells, shareholders split the profit by their shares, plus their initial investment.

To protect buyers, your asking price must be at least 10% below our predicted valuation.
